FSAE Low Voltage Enclosures

For the 2025-2026 FSAE season, I was tasked with designing the low voltage enclosures for our formula student car. These enclosures needed to be lightweight, durable, and easy to manufacture. Each box was optimized to fit our circuit boards nicely with clearance for internal routing, connectors, fingers, and disassembly. Each box was modelled in Creo and then 3D printed in ABS.
